Richard “Ozzie” Luckhard age 79; loving companion of Marlene; dear brother of Jeanette (late John) Pfeifer, Roy (Diane), the late Ralph (late Dorothy), late Robert (late Grace) and the late Joyce Luckhard; also survived by his loving daughter Kelly; Vietnam Veteran.
