Esther Therese Kroll

Esther Therese Kroll, age 98, of Chicago, passed away unexpectedly. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 73 years, Leonard, and her daughter, Lynn. She is lovingly remembered by her son Mark Kroll, her daughter Sue (fiancé Steve Weingarden) Kroll, and her grandchildren Traci (Sheila) Kroll and Trevor Kroll.Esther found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She had a special love for animals—dogs, cats, and birds alike. She enjoyed gardening, needlepoint, and spending quiet hours reading, especially mystery novels. A good cup of coffee was one of her daily joys.She will be remembered for her kindness, gentle spirit, and the quiet grace with which she lived her life. She will be deeply missed.Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 25th at Kosary Funeral Home, Evergreen Park. Inurnment Thursday, March 26th at 11 a.m. at St. Casimir Cemetery, Chicago.
